What should be in your first aid kit?
A first aid kit is an essential thing to have in case of emergencies. You never know when you might need it yourself or when one of kids may need it. With that being said first aid kits could be designed for outdoor activities or for in your home. Minor cuts and burns seem to be the most likely thing that you would encounter.

Make sure your kit is tailored to your needs
This is crucial. Having medication you may need. For example, I am a type 1 diabetic so extra glucose tablets, syringes, glucose tester and test strips would be a need for my kit. Other personal items like aspirin could be added as well. Don’t forget with your kit to make sure you know when the items in it expire and to replace them as needed.
