Shipping Policy

 

We at gotomedsupply.com want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created a shipping process to make your life easy. Please review our policies & procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping & Handling Prices
To provide our customers with the best shipping options, we offer two rates. Standard shipping 3 - 5 business days at $9.90, Expedited shipping 1 - 3 business days at $19.95, and Rush Shipping 1 - 2 business days at $39.95. To estimate your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart and click 'Get Estimates'. The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required. 

Transit Times
Most Standard shipments are delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Expedited and Rush shipments must be placed before 2 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day. We do not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. A signature may be required for deliveries. 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 

International Shipping
Gotomedsupply.com does not ship to Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands. No International Shipping.

Back Orders 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). 

 

 

Return Policy

 

We strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return any item shipped by GoToMedSupply for a full credit or refund of the cost of the product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

Returned Item must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal. For example, a box of syringes cannot be returned if the outside seal is broken, even if the individual bags of syringes inside the box remain untouched. We also do not accept open items that come in case quantity packaging. (Ex. Order a case of diapers that comes with 4 packs of 12 diapers and you open 2 packs. You can not return the 2 unopened packs.) Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 1 year after delivery date will be unreturnable. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE.

 

Please report any damages, shortages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery by calling Customer Service at 1 (855) 861-6369 or by e-mailing us at support@go2medsupply.com. Before returning anything, Customer must call or email Costumer Service to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you.

 

If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us. Once your return has been received and processed a credit or refund will be issued and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

 

*Please note that this process can take up to 14 days. All products are subject to manufacturers' warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve quality issues.

 

*If you are sent short-dated products, please contact our customer service department to make arrangements to exchange the product for one with a longer expiration date.

 

We are constantly reviewing this web site for accuracy and completeness. However, we will not be held responsible for any typographical or photographical errors.
